Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks
Prepare solution proposals and ensure that all proposal processes are completed on time.
Support front-line sales with follow-up and customer communication when necessary. Occasional site survey / site work is expected
Manage the service project offer management process, from defining the scope to technical detailing, proposal preparation, costing, and solution pricing.
Raise 2nd-level technical support tickets when required
Support the Service Sales team to achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage of the existing installed base.
Handle technical and commercial clarifications as well as customer negotiation meetings during the tender and pre-contract stages.
Demonstrate maturity with strong networking skills.
Drive optimal team performance through excellent communication and by fostering synergies among all stakeholders.
