Service Support Senior Coordinator

Job Description Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)
Service Contract loading and tracking on oracle.
Managing invoices and on time submission to all customers.
AR follow-ups on payments.
Invoice reporting for tax filing.
OPF and EPR creation for Internal and external suppliers.
Shipment handling for all service Spares orders.
Issuance of SR and CE assigning.
Handling DPG warranty and ASP performance TAT.
Handling spares inventory movement and replenishment.
Handling warranty cases for 3 phase, thermal and monitoring items.
Handling of repair cases for rectifier warranty.
Qualifications Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree at minimum with at least 5-7 years' experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
