Service Sustainability Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Service Sustainability Engineer. This role involves coordinating with contractors, supporting data analytics, and enhancing energy conservation efforts while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC refrigeration systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Coordination and Documentation

2. Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely service execution.

3. Review and validate maintenance checklists, ensuring all necessary documentation and customer D.O. sign-offs are completed within the required timeline.

4. Data Analytics and Automation Support

5. Assist the data analytics team in improving automation processes for data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

6. Support the detection and resolution of system faults through root cause analysis.
