**Position summary:**

To solve the technical/application problems of the product of Stryker installed in market, support sales/marketing for technical issues to keep business growing

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** _(Detailed Description)_

+ Product installation, operation guide, OR standby, maintenance guide for customers
+ Coaching dealer’s field engineers to do any field engineering action
+ Prepare, set up, standby for any product demonstration / exhibition for sales / marketing department
+ Act as a bridge between customer and service center for the communication on trouble-shooting
+ Report and deliver the Non-local-repairable faulty product to repair center
+ Responsible for the collection of final payment
+ Build and maintain close relationship with customer
+ Execute the service process
+ Input all service record in time
+ Input all business trip record in time
