Job Description


This position reports to the Senior Service Technician. This role exists to provide our customers with impeccable servicing of their cherished coffee machines. This position will be a mix of inhouse and on the road servicing.


Below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible

  • Servicing of Machines & Equipment

  • Manage stock in Workplace and Vehicles

  • Machine & Equipment Parts/Stock Management

  • Welcoming clients upon arrival and being courteous throughout all client interactions

  • Providing guidance and advice on machinery and products, upselling where appropriate to ensure meeting customer needs

    • In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all members of the team are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, when requested to do so.
