Service Technician

Job Description:

• Conduct regular maintenance as defined in the Scheduled Maintenance procedure
• Submit the required number of properly accomplished service Reports and time tickets weekly
• Conduct annual Safety Test for all OM units maintained
• Report any unsafe condition or anything that may cause damage to the machine or equipment
• Perform minor troubleshooting work as needed
• Report units for repair using appropriate report forms
• Report to supervisor all technical and client concerns that need immediate attention
• Clean up the work area before leaving the worksite
• Maintain rapport with client
• Comply with safety rules and regulations
• Assist in collecting payments of his/her clients
• Perform other duties/ tasks that may be assigned from time to time, in support of the achievement of team goals or for own development purposes
