Service Technician

Mission :
To ensure that the shift maintenance is conducted within the required parameters for Legal requirements, Safety and Environment requirements, Maintenance and Performance requirement, Quality requirements and Financial limits. The incumbent is also to Report any contraventions of standards, Legal requirements or procedures as well as health and safety hazards to his immediate manager after he has done all that are reasonably possible to rectify the situation.
Job Description :
Supervise first line staff, maintenance team, plan and schedule, and oversee tasks and activities.
Ensure maintenance standards are adhered to and that continuous improvement takes place.
Enforce Epiroc policies and guidelines as described in Epiroc Way.
Maintain high quality of service delivered under all circumstances.
Efficiently support the Epiroc labor's variable compensation, compile and keep the monthly report.
