Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Service Technician at SJK-Guahan Inc., your primary responsibility will be o perform the assembly of carts and manage all service repairs and maintenance for our SJK-Guahan equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the assembly, and handle all service repairs and maintenance of SJK-Guahan equipment.
Proficiently troubleshoot service issues, ranging from simple to complicated and complex problems.
Become familiarize with Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson equipment, understanding their operation and repair requirements.
Collaborate with the Service Specialist, Service Executive or Workshop Team Leader to address service warranty and parts-related issues.
Assist in the maintenance of inventory for equipment, parts, and tools.
