MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Technical Support, Quality, and Service Standards

·      Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled maintenance jobs.

·      Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing it over to the customer.

·      Work in cooperation with managers and colleagues to fulfill Quality and Service Standards for a satisfactory level of customer service in meeting the expectations of external customers.
