Service Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:

• Service reporting / Hour submission
• Develop & Maintain customer relations
• Effective troubleshooting/problem diagnosis
• Meeting Husky’s high quality standard of work: First time Fix
• Customer recommendations/suggestions
• Act as Trusted Advisor to the customer

EDUCATION

Post-secondary education in a related technical subject is required - electrical based preferre

EXPERIENCE

3-5+ years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on servicec is preferred

QUALIFICATION

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies.
• Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined.
