About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician who enjoys solving technical challenges and working directly with customers. In this role, you'll be the expert behind the smooth operation of coding and marking printers used in production and packaging lines. From installation to troubleshooting, your work will directly support our clients' day-to-day operations and production efficiency.

What You'll DoInstallation & System Setup

• Install, configure, and commission coding and marking printers such as CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, and TTO systems at customer sites.
• Integrate printers with existing packaging and production lines to ensure reliable and seamless operation.
• Perform calibration and testing to meet print quality and production standards.
