Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Service Technician (Electronics) to join the team at Amperes Electronics Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our diverse range of electronic products and systems, particularly in Audio Technology.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment and systems
2. Liaise with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
3. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and inventory
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
5. Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
