Service Technician

General Description

• Attend customer service requests
• Provide equipment servicing for Maintenance customers
• Conduct testing & commissioning on site
• Establish rapport for long term customer relationship
• Ensure products/services delivered is to customer satisfaction
• General technical duties
• Electrical knowledge and skill preferable

Requirements

• NTC / ITC in Mechanical/Electrical or other Engineering Discipline
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Self motivated and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Must have driving license class 3
