· Must be at least a graduate of a related course from TESDA with experience on the job

· Has expert technical skills on all types of units and service repairs

· Had NCIII or higher certifications

· Willing to work flexible time

· Has good memory or recall of things

· Can work with dusty, greasy, light and heavy items

· Has good attention to details
