The Role:

The Service Training Manager is responsible for supporting the Coloplast Service organization through training program development, management, and delivery to improve the clinician and patient experience.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding, continuous learning, and new product launches.
