Service Transition Manager

PURPOSE:

The Regional Service Transition Manager (RSTM) is part of Fujifilm Business Innovation Business Solution, Global Service Delivery Operations (BS GSDO) workforce.

It is a client facing leadership role that owns design and implementation of Transition & Transformation (T&T) plans for Managed Services agreements & projects globally.  As Fujifilm's Single Point for Contact capable multi-projects delivery, the role requires expert level planning, organising and communicating abilities. 

Depending on client requirements, there may be a need to be onboarded and / or be onsite at client locations. Remote work and travel can be expected.

Managed Services refer to Managed Print Services (MPS), Print & Mail rooms and Business Processing Outsourcing services provided by Fujifilm and Affiliated Channel Partners (ACP or vendors).  Some examples are Office Printing Services, Scanning/Ingestion services, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable work...
