Servicely Analyst required to lead a Global HR and Payroll Transformation in Melrose Arch, Jhb.

Duties & Responsibilities

A Global Enterprise has selected Servicely as its new Service Management platform and is about to roll out a major transformation across HR Operations, HR Services, and Payroll.
We are looking for a Servicely Analyst – someone who truly knows the platform – to design, build and lead the implementation from the ground up.
You will be responsible for shaping how thousands of employees experience HR and Payroll services through:

• Automation
• AI-driven workflows
• Intelligent self-service

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and be trusted to design the future-state operating model, not just configure screens.
You will: 

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of Servicely across HR and Payroll.
