Serviceman / Cadet

Provide service support to customers by performing machine cleaning and ensuring equipment is kept in good condition.
Monitor coolant levels, quality, and proper usage to help maintain machine performance.
Assist in routine machine maintenance under the supervision of Senior servicemen and Supervisor.
Observe and comply with safety standards, housekeeping practices, and company service protocols.
Document servicing activities and submitting reports to Supervisor & Department Manager.
Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to build technical skills.
Support other service-related tasks as assigned.
At least 2-year College Graduate, College Level, Diploma Holder, or Vocational Graduate (preferably in technical or mechanical-related fields).
Strong interest in servicing, maintenance, and technical work.
Physically fit and able to perform manual servicing tasks.
Willingness to undergo structured training and skills development.
