ServiceNow Administrator

In this role, you will take ownership of the ServiceNow platform end-to-end — ensuring it is well-maintained, fit for purpose, and evolving in line with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, user access management, and instance health monitoring.
• Configuring and supporting core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
• Designing and building workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer automations, and Service Catalogue items.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and business systems including Microsoft Azure AD and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Writing and maintaining JavaScript-based scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
