Job Summary 
IT by Design is seeking an ITSM Engineer to lead our migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM and take ownership of our ITSM platform post-migration. This role will focus on system configuration, workflow automation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across the organization. 
Responsibilities Lead and support migration from ConnectWise to Halo ITSM (data mapping, configuration, automation) 
Validate migrated data and support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization 
Configure workflows, SLAs, forms, queues, and automations in Halo ITSM 
Own and continuously improve ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices 
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for service performance 
Provide ITSM training and ongoing platform support
