ServiceNow Analyst

Overview

Join Suncor's ServiceNow Platform Team and help power one of the company's most critical enterprise platforms. ServiceNow is the central hub where employees request services, track work, and connect to key systems like SAP, Workday, MDM, Saviynt, and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform and related integrations.
• Assist in designing and improving forms, workflows, catalog items, and reporting within ServiceNow.
• Contribute to maintaining high system availability and performance through documentation, testing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience or exposure to ServiceNow through education, internships, or co-ops.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
