  • Implemented Modules: Major Incident Management, Problem Management/Root;

Planned 2026 Implementations

  • Jira JSM to ServiceNow Service Desk migration;
  • FSO Pro+ for Banking Operations and Visa dispute management;
  • Financial Operations workflows;
  • Minimal Salesforce Integration for Major Incident Management;
  • Additional business applications/requirements as necessary.

Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a focus on application configuration and enablement;
