Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience in ITOM and ITSM
• Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and implementation of solutions
• Experience with implementation and support of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management functionalities
• Experience in ITSM processes and functionalities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration and Asset Management, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, SLAs, and Reporting and Performance Analytics
