ServiceNow ArchitectHours:7.5 per dayRemoteDescription- Provides expertise to support and manage the overall delivery of the scope and activities- Defines the overall solution architecture- Supports design and validation workshops on technical aspects and best practices- Ensures alignment with enterprise security, scalability, andpliance standards- Documents integration points and technical dependencies- Manages offshore developers, provides technical guidance, and resolves blockers- Validates deliverables against architectural standards- Collaborates with the functional lead to triage defects across all phases (build, UAT, and post-go-live) for technical requirements- Supports troubleshooting and advises developers on technical issues or defects- Conducts technical reviews of configurations and integrations- Ensures adherence to best practices for performance and accessibility
