ServiceNow Architect

·Architect end to end CSM solutions for telecom wholesale (B2B carriers, partners, resellers).

·Design and maintain data models for customers, accounts, services, orders, tickets, and CMDB relationships.

·Ensure consistent data structures across CSM, ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps.

·Implement integrations using TMF Open APIs (ticketing, customer, product, order, service inventory).

·Lead integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, assurance, monitoring systems.

·Define case, contract, entitlement, SLA/OLA frameworks.

·Implement effective Knowledge Management and workflows.

·Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and platform best practices.

·Lead workshops and guide developers through solution design.
