Looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Platform Owner to take ownership of strategy, architecture, and governance of a leading fiber telecom provider’s ServiceNow platform. This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity working with a dynamic German-based team, driving innovation and ensuring a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform.

What you’ll do:

• Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring it supports scalability, performance, and security across OSS processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Network Rollout)
