The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a solid grasp of TM Forum (TMF) frameworks, B2B telco processes, and API integration best practices. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that align with telco business models.
