ServiceNow Asset

We are looking for a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management (HAM/SAM & CMDB) Engineer – L2 to support and enhance IT Asset Management and Configuration Management processes. The role involves maintaining CMDB data quality, managing asset lifecycles, and supporting integrations and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Support Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) processes
• Perform CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping
• Monitor and resolve CMDB and Discovery-related issues
• Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve asset and configuration processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, HAM, and SAM
