Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer (L3) to lead CMDB and Asset Management architecture, governance, and advanced troubleshooting. This role serves as the technical SME and escalation point.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern CMDB and IT Asset Management architecture
• Lead CMDB strategy, data model design, and best practices
• Handle L3 escalations and complex CMDB/Discovery issues
• Optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
• Define CMDB governance, policies, and audit processes
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong CMDB expertise
• Deep knowledge of CI class models, relationships, and data governance
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
