ServiceNow Business Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **ServiceNow Business Analyst** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD.** This position is a **hybrid** role with 4 days onsite and 1 remote.

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will analyze and design optimized business processes while working closely with a ServiceNow Architect to identify ways to optimize efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Design business processes, capture technical requirements, and define user stories.
