The ideal candidate will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and work with developers to implement solutions in ServiceNow. With 5+ years of Business Analyst experience and 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, you will drive improvements in IT service management. This contract position offers an attractive salary range of CAD 75,000 to CAD 125,000, depending on experience.
