Job Summary
You will leverage your hands-on ServiceNow expertise to design, implement, and configure solutions that streamline IT processes, enhance service visibility, and improve service delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and App Engine solutions to optimize IT service management workflows and customer service operations
Implement ServiceNow configurations that improve process efficiency and increase operational visibility for stakeholders
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
Communicate technical concepts clearly and engage with clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Utilize at least 4 years of hands-on experience to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities
