· Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support business objectives.

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps within various ServiceNow modules.

· Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibility and predictive forecasts.

· Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
