ServiceNow Developer Architect Provides strategic leadership in designing and governing the ServiceNow platform and ROC operations. Works across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules to ensure alignment with enterprise needs. Supports the business by delivering a scalable, integrated, and resilient digital service management environment development within 5 year road map.

Responsibilities
