 Experience: 6 - 9 YearsMust Have 
Primary responsibility will be development of wizards and workflows in ServiceNow
Core ServiceNow development skills
In-Depth knowledge on Business Rules, Scripts, UI actions, Class managers, IRE, Scoped Application, Integrations
Web-services (REST / SOAP) and database integration development
UI customization and workflow development in ServiceNow
Good to have 
Strong oral and written communication skills 
Good Soft Skills for customer empathy.
CAD certification (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer)
