**ServiceNow Developer**:
This position requires the individuals to be experts on the entire **ServiceNow** platform with a concentration in **SAM & HAM**. The ServiceNow developers will be expected to maintain, modify, remediate, and improve our various workflows. They will be expected to swiftly remediate any defects or issues that arise impacting the **ITAM**modules.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enable, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Publisher Packs.
- Respond promptly to incidents and defects, providing robust solutions to ensure mínimal disruption.
- Adhere to coding best practices to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing of code prior to migration to the Quality Assurance (QA) environment to ensure full functionality and absence of issues.
