Job Description:

• Implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA) solutions.
• Configure and customize Service Portal , Service Catalog , and UI components.
• Design KPIs, indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Enable data-driven insights for ITSM processes.
• Work with stakeholders to define metrics and benchmarks.
• Ensure data accuracy, UI/UX best practices, and effective data visualization.
