ServiceNow Developer

Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong experience in ServiceNow development and production support
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
ITSM module experience (mandatory)
Experience with ServiceNow workflows and integrations
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve production issues independently
Excellent communication skills with experience working in global or international teams
Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue analysis, defect fixing, and root cause resolution
Design and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer
