ServiceNow Developer

Shift: Nightshift
Job Summary:
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Responsibilities include developing and managing workflows, creating and maintaining REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs, configuring Advanced Work Assignment modules, customizing Service Portal pages and widgets, scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs), and troubleshooting platform issues including Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in ITSM and CSM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, and Scripted REST APIs
- Must have experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
