Job Requirements:

· to 5 years of Development experience within the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.

• Skilled in ServiceNow client and Server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Able to create and manage workflows usingFlow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• ServiceNow API Architecture, Rest Integrations and Scripted REST API development.
• Knowledgeable with Advanced Work Assignment module
• Proficient with Service Portal Architecture
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS and HTML
