Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to meet dynamic business requirements, ensuring seamless platform performance, process automation, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Development: Configuring and customizing multiple modules of ServiceNow depending on business requirements.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
• Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
• Experience on Service Operation Workspace support.
• Hands-on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
