Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Developer  
Levels: Associate to Manager (2-10+ years) 
Work Set-up: hybrid - Ayala, Makati 
Work days and shift: Monday to Fridays, Day Shift 

Key Responsibilities  
Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and XML. 
Automate workflows, approvals, and notifications to improve efficiency. 
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems via APIs and web services. 
Customize the user interface and experience to meet business requirements. 
Data Management: Handle imports, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and reporting. 
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system performance issues. 
Work with IT, HR, and business teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
