ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on development experience and understands ITSM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Support ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and custom applications
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow architecture
