Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Must have 7+ years of technical expertise in the following areas:
• ServiceNow App Engine Studio: Advanced Proficiency in building apps using AES.
• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with tables, forms, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Low-Code Development: Ability to create apps without heavy scripting.
• ServiceNow Employee Center / EC Pro.
• HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Workflows.
• Knowledge Management, taxonomy design, and content governance.
• Strong delivery skills and ability to work in agile sprints and deliver rapid prototypes.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
