ServiceNow Developer

Role purpose

Design and deliver configuration and development across the ServiceNow platform. Work closely with product owners, architects, Service Desk, and internal teams to turn business requirements into robust, supportable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform across core applications, with a

focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAMPro, and related modules.

• Build solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs and different ServiceNow artifacts such as Business

Rules, UI Policies, Client and Server-side Scripts, UI Actions/Declarative actions.

• Design workflow automation with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, including spokes, sub flows

and reusable actions.

• Implement and maintain integrations via REST and SOAP, use MID Servers where needed, and

manage credentials and connection security.
