ServiceNow Developer - Support & Development (Hybrid, Lahore, USD Salary)

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and production support
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• ITSM module experience (mandatory)
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve production issues independently
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in global or international teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue analysis, defect fixing, and root‑cause resolution
