Role Overview

The ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. The role includes supporting implementations, deployments, upgrades, and ensuring the platform operates securely and reliably in a Government environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support the ServiceNow platform

Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)

Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls

Support ServiceNow implementations, deployments, and upgrades
