Role Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on HR case management, employee lifecycle automation, system integrations, and platform customization while ensuring security, compliance, and performance. The developer will work closely with HR stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including:
• Case and Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Centre
• Lifecycle Events
• Employee Document Management
• HR Integrations
• Configure and customize ServiceNow Platform components , including:
• Service Portal
• Flow Designer and Workflows
