• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation.
• Hands-on experience in:
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• ITAM modules implementation and configuration
• Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.
• Work on end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes.

Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
