ServiceNow ITOM Architect

The ServiceNow ITOM Architect is recognized for their ability to design robust and scalable solutions and to ensure the health and governance of the CMDB in complex environments. You will play a strategic role in defining ITOM architecture, overseeing deployments, and optimizing the integrity of configuration data within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ITOM Architecture Design: Develop technical and functional architectures around ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management), ensuring data quality, completeness, and reliability.

CMDB Health: Define and implement governance strategies, quality controls, and monitoring mechanisms to maintain a healthy, up-to-date CMDB aligned with business needs.

Implementation Oversight: Supervise ITOM deployments, ensuring configuration data consistency and effective use within ITSM and ITOM processes.
